弹性层施工：

1） 在施工该涂层前检查确认基础处理符合施工要求，材料在施工前必须要按配比将定量的水加进材料内，每一桶材料（25KG）需加入80克水然后用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀（约3分钟）才可使用。加水的时候可用我公司提供的量杯进行称量，已加水的材必须在1小时内用完，已开启的材料尽量在当天用完。

2） 缓冲层施工是采用薄涂多遍的方法施工，妈能保证质量又能节省材料。施工时用带齿镘刀将缓冲层材料涂刮于基面上，每道涂刮厚度不能超过2MM，每道涂刮时间间隔为前一道干固为准（一般约10小时），具体视现场天气情况而定，直到涂刮到要求厚度，涂刮时注意流平效果，若不能流平刮齿痕迹，需添加专用稀释剂调节稠度，以保证表面流平，缓冲层干固后，用积水法测试表面平整度，积水处用缓冲层材料修补平整，表面有粒状杂物混入或堆积处需用磨机打磨平整再进行一道工序施工。

待缓冲层材料干固后须及时施工加强层材料，能确保两层材料结牢固，加强层材料的施工方法与缓冲层相同。干固后表面要求平整光滑，若在施工过程中混入杂物或不平处需修整平滑才能进行下一道工序。

1） 面漆层分两遍施工

第一遍：硅PU球场面漆为双组份材料，由A组份固化剂和B组份色漆组成，配比为A（固化剂）：B（色漆）＝1：1（重量比）。将此两种材料混合均匀，然后加入专用止滑粉，（添加量为A、B混合重量的1%），将材料充分搅拌均匀后用滚筒施工。

第二遍：施工同上，但止滑粉的添加量减半，即每100KG面漆加0.5KG止滑粉。
