1）硅pu球场在施工该涂层前检查确认基础处理符合施工要求，材料在施工前必须要按配比将定量的水加进材料内，每一桶材料（25㎏）需加入250克水然后用电动搅拌机搅拌均匀(约3分钟）才可使用。加水的时候可用我公司提供的量杯进行称量，已加水的材料必须在1小时内用完；已开启的材料尽量在当天用完。

2）缓冲层施工是采用薄涂多遍的方法施工，既能保证质量又能节省材料。施工时用带齿镘刀将缓冲层材料涂刮于基面上，每道涂刮厚度不能超过2mm，每道涂刮时间间隔为前一道干固为准（一般约10小时），具体视现场天气情况而定，直至涂刮到要求厚度。涂刮时注意流平效果，若不能流平刮齿痕迹，需添加专用稀释剂调节稠度，以保证表面流平。缓冲层干固后，用积水法测试表面平整度，积水处用缓冲层材料修补平整，表面有粒状杂物混入或堆积处需用磨机打磨平整再进行下一道工序。
