沥青强度和延展性好，是较为理想的基础，特别适用北方气候寒冷和温差较大的区域，但造价昂贵。同样水泥度好，经济适用，适合温差较小的区域，但延展性差，水泥石粉工期短、成本低、排水性能好，但耐候性差，容易氧化，造成不平整。

1. 基础施工时使用的各种材料，均要在检验合格后方可用于施工；
