1、基础要求：强度达建筑混凝土C25强度以上，有一定排水坡度（一般横向≤8‰，纵向≤2‰），

2、切割温度缝：新水泥基础浇铸后必须切割合理温度伸缩缝，原则以不大于6×10m为一方块切割，浇铸施工板块间必须切割温度缝，温度缝宽为5~8 mm，缝深不少于20 mm

3、酸洗：以清水润湿基面，用8%左右的稀盐酸泼洒并洗刷基面，再用清水冲洗干净，并圈划出积水 处，清洗干燥后基面应无白色粉化物及浮松物。

4、温度缝处理：待基础干燥后，用专用填缝胶涂刷于温度缝两侧，再把可压缩泡棉轻挤满温度缝（减少基础热账冷缩对填缝材料挤压变形而影响表面效果）5、底涂：基础干燥后用专用底漆（TB-201）滚涂于基面，一般分两道滚涂，基础密实度低的需多道滚涂，原则为涂刷后基面形成光亮连续膜为止。

6、积水处修补：积水处积水深度不超过5 mm的地方用弹性层（TB-002）加石英粉（或滑石粉）按1：1（重量比），加稀释剂（二甲苯）搅拌均匀，并调节至合适施工稠度，用直尺或刮板涂刮于积水处；若积水深度超过5 mm的地方，应用专用底漆（TB-201）加40~80目砂，按1：6~8（重量比）拌和均匀，平整摊铺于积水处并压实。
