1.球场的基础要求
1 course requirements
水泥强度达建筑混凝土C20强度以上，混凝土浇注后必须保水养护不少于7天，总养护期不少于28天，水泥混凝土基础的厚度建议在8cm～10cm厚。平整坡度和排水坡度必须满足各类球场的达标要求。
The cement strength can reach more than C20 strength concrete construction, concrete pouring water conservation should be not less than 7 days, the total maintenance period of not less than 28 days, the thickness of cement concrete base is suggested in the 8cm ~ 10cm thick. Smooth slope and slope drainage must meet all kinds of courses standards.
2.地面处理
2 the ground treatment
地面清扫，稀盐酸或草酸刷洗，如有破损、长青苔、棱痕等现象，应用砂磨机轻磨场地。
Ground cleaning, dilute hydrochloric acid or oxalic acid wash, if the phenomenon of damage, long moss, edge mark, application of sand mill grinding light field.
3.伸缩缝处理

用防水底漆涂刷于伸缩缝内和两侧，再把弹性层材料灌于伸缩缝内比缝面略浅2～3毫米，铺设较薄场地（如3毫米），须把伸缩缝两边基面约40毫米宽磨低2个毫米后进行填缝处理。

4.防水底涂施工

将防水底涂用滚筒均匀涂刷于地面，不可有遗漏未涂刷的地方。

5.积水修补

积水深度超过1cm的用弹性层材料加适量的石英砂混合后用刮板涂刮于积水处，小于1cm的用弹性层材料修补。
The water depth more than 1cm with elastic layer material and quartz sand mixed with appropriate amount of scraper scraping on after the stagnant water, less than 1cm of the elastic layer material for repair.
6.弹性层施工
The 6 elastic layer construction
直接把单组分弹性层和2%的催干剂混合后高速搅拌均匀，用胶板分层涂刮于基面，每层涂刮的厚度建议为2毫米左右，直接涂刮到要求厚度，应避免的烈日和高温下施工。

7.面层施工
7 layer construction
面层为单组分环保产品，将一桶色料和一罐固化剂搅拌均匀，如感觉黏稠可加适量的纯水稀释后搅拌均匀，用胶刮或喷枪或滚筒分2～3遍刮涂于弹性层表面，表面调节摩擦系数可以加入专用石英砂（100～140目）混合均匀后刮涂，乒乓球、篮球场、羽毛球、排球场：第一遍加入20%专用砂，第二遍和第三遍不加专用砂。网球场：第一遍加入30%专用砂，第2～3加入10%专用砂刮涂，应避免烈日及表面温度过高情况下施工。

8.划线漆施工
8 paint construction
按标准尺寸量度定位，用美纹纸沿界线两边贴在球场上，用专用划线漆分两道涂刷，若球场表面为粗糙面，第一道可加少许面层专用砂涂刷，以防渗边，待线漆干燥后撕掉美纹纸。
